If you’re the person who changes or approves of date changes for shows, staged readings or events, e.g., artistic manager, producers, fundraising chairperson, event coordinators, etc:
· Send date changes to calendar@patioplayhouse.com as soon as they’re official so we can keep our calendars and online information updated.
· Send date changes to calendar@patioplayhouse.com even if you’ve announced it at a board meeting and it’s been recorded in the minutes. It’s easy to forget things said at the meeting or remember to look at the minutes during our busy schedules.
· Send date changes if you’re not absolutely sure someone else has already sent it. Better to have redundant information than none at all.
Managers of the calendars update within 24 hours of receiving date changes, faster if possible.
