What's the group rate?
Your group gets a 10% discount for a group size of 10 or more people. If you have 20 or more people, your group discount is 20%.

The regular price for tickets is $14 for adults $12 for students with ID and/or Seniors over 60 and $7 for youth 16 and under.

For musicals, the ticket prices are $17 for adults, $15 for students with ID and/or Seniors over 60 and $7 for youth 16 and under.

How do I pay for and get the tickets?
There are two ways you can do this:

Pay in advance. We'll need to know how many adults, seniors/students and youths you have in your party to quote you the cost. You can send this information to us by email to patioplayhouse@sbcglobal.net or leave a message for us to call you at (760) 746-6669. We'll get back to you within 24 hours and set it up over the phone. You can send your advance payment by mail to:

We'll call to confirm when we receive your payment. On the day of the show, a single responsible person from your group should pick up the tickets between 7:10 PM and 7:20 PM (1:10 PM and 1:20 PM for matinees). See our refund policy below.

Pay at the door. Make reservations for your group by calling (760) 746-6669. We'll call to confirm your reservations.

You can pay for your group between 7:10 PM and 7:20 PM (or 1:10 PM and 1:20 PM for matinees) on the day of the show at our box office window.

We'll give all the tickets to one responsible individual who will pay for the entire group. The responsible individual will need to distribute tickets to your individual group members before they enter the theater.

It's important that the individual responsible for picking up and paying for the tickets arrives in the time frame indicated above, otherwise we cannot guarantee your group rate.

At 10 minutes before curtain (7:50 for evening performances, 1:50 for matinees) unclaimed seats will be made available to other guests..

Does our group get reserved seats?
Yes, but we don't have traditional reserved seating and can't tell you ahead of the performance night where your seats will be located. But since our theater seats only 70 to 90 guests depending on the set for any given show, you'll have an intimate, close view of the action and you will be sitting together as a group.

If any member of your group has special needs with regard to hearing, sight or mobility please let us know and we'll make every attempt to accommodate that need.

What's your refund policy for groups?
There's no refund on a group ticket package. Once you've paid for the tickets, we'll set aside seats for your group and hold them until 10 minutes before curtain. If the seats aren't taken by that time, we reserve the right to release them to other guests if we have a waiting list for the show. So, to be on the safe side, please make sure that everybody in your group knows that they need to get to the show 20 minutes ahead of time.
