Ida
L. Rehm
Ida
Rhem is a native San Diegan. She graduated from San Diego High School
and went on to SDSU majoring in business administration. Ida started
her acting and signing career at a young age while performing at
her church. She has been in several plays at San Diego’s Community
Actors Theatre including Quilters, Homeward Bound
(three years in a row), and most recently appeared as Mahalia in,
The Mahalia Jackson Story (for the last two years) and
received an Aubrey nomination for Best Leading Actress for her outstanding
portrayal of Mahalia.
Ida
has written and directed several plays for her local church and
community center. Ida also sings with M.A.D.A. Community Choir –
whose first CD will be released this coming September. This is Ida’s
first appearance at Patio Playhouse. |

Jim
Clevenger
Jim
has performed in more than 20 shows at Patio Playhouse. He has appeared
locally in such other venues as the Avo, Moonlight Amphitheatre,
North Coast Rep, Pacific Coast Center for the Arts, Poway Performing
Arts Company, Scripps Ranch Theatre, and THEATRX.
His
favorite roles include John in The Subject was Roses, George
in Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolff? and Father Farley
in Mass Appeal. In his other life, Jim is a professor at
National University and is also an attorney. |

Jennie
Olson
Jennie
is making her first appearance at Patio Playhouse – but is
not a newcomer to the stage. She was most recently cast in the production
of The Good Doctor, by Girl Next Year Theatre Company at
the North Park Vaudeville Theater.
A
recent graduate of UCSD (with a Bachelors in theatre), Jennie aspires
to be both a playwright and an actor. She is excited and honored
to be working with such a talented group of individuals! |

Tony Martino Theater
has been a tremendous part of Tony’s life. He plans to study
filmmaking as a profession. Tony performed in the Vista High School
Showcats and was featured as a soloist in his junior year.
He also appeared in the Fallbrook High School production of Once
Upon a Mattress and as a singer in Dido and Aeneas
a production at University of California, Riverside. He has played
many roles in his pursuit of theater arts including light board
operator, prop man, set construction and even as assistant director.
This is Tony’s first appearance at Patio Playhouse and he’s
looking forward to this and other opportunities to be involved! |

Tarvin
Laura
is excited to be making her stage debut in such a wonderful play.
She thanks director, Jim Alburger, and her fellow cast members for
all of their encouragement and support, and especially Penny Abshire
for persuading her to give theatre a try. |

Collin
McConnell
Collin
McConnell most recently appeared as Daisy in company, FORMERLY Nonsense
Productions production of Baby with the Bathwater. Other
notable credits include Gaston in Carlsbad High's Beauty and
the Beast (San Diego Playbill "Billie" Award), Modrow/Hermann
in Nonsense Production's Full Circle ("Billie"
Award), Jay in Lost in Yonkers (Patio Nomination - Best
Leading Actor), Enjolras in Les Misérables (CHS
Drama Club Award), Motel in Fiddler on the Roof, and The
Director in Nonsense Production's Six Characters in Search of
an Author. Collin is also a student film maker (recently winning
honors at Best Fest America for both his music video to Weezer's
The Good Life and his team's 48 Hours of Madness film,
The Hardy Boys) and musician (recently recording his solo
album in his home studio). He would like to thank Mrs. Monica Hall,
Sir Jonathan Oliver, Fred Tracey, Rob Wolter and Catherine Colby,
Rob Hopper, his family, and his wonderfully talented and beautiful
girlfriend, Jaqueline, and her family for all of thier help, love
and support along the way. |

Albert
Chan
Albert
has been studying with acting coach DJ Sullivan over the last year
and recently performed in her annual film showcase. He has a love
for theater and is looking forward to continued growth as an actor.
This will be Albert's debut at the Patio Playhouse. To quote Albert:
"I am extremely grateful for all the acting opportunities that
have recently opened up for me and I am looking forward to what
lies ahead." |

| Lynne
Goodman Lynne
has been participating in the San Diego theatre community for six
years. She appeared as Jeanette in Neil Simon’s Last of
the Red Hot Lovers at Scripps Ranch Theatre for which she earned
an Aubrey nomination. She also won the award of a Best Actress in
a minor supporting role for the 2000-2001 season at Scripps Ranch
Theatre for her portrayal of Rita in Bermuda Avenue Triangle. |

Rhem
James
is a retired Deputy Sheriff. His previous stage experience includes
two appearances as a Heavenly choir member in the play Homeward
Bound. He also played the part of Martin Luther King in Mahalia
at San Diego’s Community Actor’s Theater. James has
also done some voice over work for Pechanga Resort & Casino.
This is James’ first appearance at Patio Playhouse. |
