Brian Weissman - Vernon Hines
Brian is thrilled to be making his California stage debut in the Pajama Game. This is his first book show in over a decade. In the intervening years he has done a lot of improv with many different groups on the east coast including Comedy Sportz and Guilty Children. In years past he was Harmony Rhodes in Daddy's Dyin', Who's Got The Will and Caesar Rodney in 1776. He has also had a few stints as director and stage manager. He views his time on stage as much cheaper and more effective than therapy.

David Garstang - Sid Sorokin
Dave's parents met while performing in a Glendora Little Theater Guild Production of Strange Bedfellows, so he owes his existence to community theater and figured it was time to start giving something back! This is his first full-length play, but he has been performing his whole life. His barbershop quartets have performed across the country, and have won three international medals. He has been a vocal coach for a youth musical theater group, and regularly plays leading roles in his congregation's annual Purim musicals. His current activities includeThe Garstang Family Singers, a family variety act that performs for local nursing homes, and The MenschTones, a Jewish barbershop group. He is grateful for the generous help of this talented cast and crew, his fabulous leading lady, and the infinitely patient director; and for the loving support of his wife Marlene and daughters Jenny and Rachel, which makes this possible.

Lori Tinkle
This is Lori’s third production for Patio Playhouse. She was seen last year in Cast Me Tony and performed in the musical revue Taste of Tony at the Skyline Ranch. She portrayed the role of Brenda in The Pajama Game at age 16. Other stage credits include Sarah in Guys and Dolls, Maria in The Sound of Music and Purity in Anything Goes. Lori also performs as a physical therapist in her spare time. Special thanks to Deborah, Lori’s co-star David, Lori’s generous and amazing husband Virgil, and especially her parents, who traveled from NY to see her in this role. Lori and Virgil are expecting their first child in early September (but don’t tell Babe that!).

Kat Perhach
Kat is crossing over onto the "other" side of the stage. She has been producing, directing and choreographing locally for the past five years. Special thanks to a talented, hard working cast and crew who enjoyed choreography rehearsals sooo much that we are ready to stage Tap Dogs next...Just kidding...Performance as always dedicated to Jessie.

Stephen A. Rich
Steve really enjoys acting and helping out around the theater. Steve was awarded Patio’s Best Supporting Actor for his role as Uncle Louie in Lost In Yonkers and has also won an Aubrey Award for Best Supporting Actor for his portrayal of Dr. Rosenthal in Nuts. He has earned an associates degree from Palomar College in Theatre Arts.

Gretchen Pili
Gretchen has been participating at Patio since 1981 both on stage and off. Favorite roles include Louisa Creed in Ladies In Retirement, Agnes Gooch in Auntie Mame, Penny in You Can’t Take It With You, Mrs. Antrobus in The Skin Of Our Teeth, and Dorothy Tree Hapgood in Inspecting Carol. She keeps busy with church activities, and keeping up with sons Gil and Erik, of whom she is very proud.

Kevin Jones
Kevin is completing his 2nd and final term as “Prez” of Patio, and can think of no better way to go out than with this rollicking production of The Pajama Game. He would like to thank Deborah for convincing him to take what has turned out to be a terrifically fun and rewarding role in a show with a truly standout cast.

Alan Lewis
Alan is a retired obstetrician-gynecologist, now embarking on a career in stage and film. His prior credits include the role of Sidney Carlton in last year's Inspecting Carol at Patio and the role of George in an SDSU film entitled Passing Sights. His creativity also extends to music—an accomplished saxophonist, he participates in a jazz ensemble at Palomar College, performs in a local choir and scat sings at every opportunity. His other interests include golf, travel, extensive reading, computers and duplicate bridge.

Don Julio Mas
Julio made his debut at Patio Playhouse almost two years ago in Man of La Mancha followed by The Best Christmas Pageant Ever, Gypsy and Inspecting Carol. At the Adams Ave. Gallery of the Arts, San Diego, he appeared in one act play presented by The Bad Date Theater and in Our Lady of 121st Street; In addition to be Stage Manager for The Pajama Game, he is the understudy for the role of Pop.

Julia Bonnici
Julia has been performing since age 10 when she appeared in Annie. She had done a lot of theatre in North County with Premiere Players and Patio Playhouse through her high school years. When college came around, she ran out of time and so had to take a break. Missing it dearly, Julia returned to the stage in Patio’s production of Gypsy. She is very glad to be part of the theatre again. She thanks Patio Playhouse for making it possible and her husband, Josh, for all of his love and support.

Jennefer Gillette
Jennefer Gillette has enjoyed singing, dancing, and acting since childhood. She is happy to be back at the Patio Playhouse, where she played Mildred Crawford in Cast Me Tony last year. She loves performing and will continue to do so as long as she can. Much love to her family and friends for being so supportive.

Christa Sherman

She began her acting career at Patio at age 10 and has done 18 shows over the years. She has also directed and choreographed numerous youtheatre shows for Patio. At school she is president of the Opus One Show Choir and is an officer on her competition dance team. She will attend Marymount Manhattan College to pursue a degree in directing.

Richard Rose
Richard is a local musician who teaches private music lessons at his home studio, and has performed extensively throughout the greater San Diego County area for several years. He attended San Diego State University, where he majored in music. After college, Richard joined The Air Force and became a member of The Strategic Air Command Band, which traveled throughout the country performing for a variety of military and civilian functions. The Pajama Game will be Richard's acting debut.

Craig Fowler
Craig is thrilled to be back with Patio after last year's Run For Your Wife. In July you can catch him co-hosting Premier Properties on KTLA Saturday mornings. He has appeared in La Pastorella De Esperanza at the Lyceuman and The Living Last Supper at the Avo Playhouse. He was assistent director for Steel Magnolias at PATH and The Last Night of Balleyhoo at Patio. He would like to thank Deborah,as well as the entire cast of The Pajama Game, his family, his friends, and, most importantly God.

Sean Walker
Sean Walker is an experienced Shakespearean actor having played such roles as Sir Andrew from Twelfth Night and Macbeth in Macbeth, and while he doesn't normally go out for musicals, the wonderful atmosphere and singers and actors at Patio Playhouse drew him in as a moth to a flame. While he is only understudying two roles for this show he looks forward to taking over for a weekend or two and working with the wonderful cast before an audience. This is only his second show with Patio Playhouse, but he looks forward to many more in the future.

Jack Dunasky
Jack is a retired lubrication engineer. Though he has been in many production in the past 15 years, he believes the only one of interest to anybody is the one here and now.

Chantillie Cabrera
Hi! My name is Chantillie Cabrera and I have been looking forward to working with Patio again on stage. I want to thank Mrs. Zimmer for having confidence in me to perform in this production. I would like to thank my Mom, Dad, and all my brothers and sisters for supporting me through these busy fun-filled days. I would also like to thank all the cast and crew for being a great team to work with in this project. Hey Tiff, I’ll take a rain check on Applebee’s but I’ll pass on the martini.

Emily Just
Emily has performed dozens of musicals since high school, all from the orchestra pit. The Pajama Game is a welcome opportunity to perform one “above ground”. She is a free lance concert percussionist, now retired, and has played with many church groups, various Palomar College productions and several professional ensembles including The San Diego Symphony. She is also an accomplished flamenco dancer with The Spanish Ballet of San Diego, and she also dabbles at playing “the spoons.”

Nick is a 15 year old freshman at San Pasqual High School and a member of the competition choir "Showtime."
