Alan
Lewis
Alan
Lewis is a retired obstetrician-gynecologist. In his dreams, he
has played every romantic lead in every award winning drama, won
several Emmys and Oscars, and played the lead role in each of Shakespeare's
tragedies. In reality, of course, the role of Sidney Carlton is
Alan's first since his high school drama class, at least fifty years.
ago. Alan's creativity also extends to music—an accomplished
saxophonist, he participates in a weekly jazz ensemble at Palomar
College, and scat sings at every opportunity. His other interests
include golf, travel, extensive reading, computers and duplicate
bridge. Alan resides in North San Diego County with his wife Rosa.
He is especially proud of his two adult daughters, Sara and Tamara,
both of whom are educators. |

Jeff
Laurence
This
is Jeff’s third performance at Patio and he enjoys the fun
and lighthearted atmosphere that is part of the Patio experience.
He enjoys a comedy more than any other type of show and has played
in Same Time, Another Year, Noises Off, The
Last of the Red Hot Lovers and many other shows in the San
Diego area. He is grateful to the folks at Patio for giving him
a chance to play the “pain in the ass” character of
Larry in this show tonight and grateful to his wife, Lee Donnelly
for holding down the fort while he indulges in some good clean fun. |

Peggy
has been doing theater work since she was three years old. She says
Inspecting Carol has involved some unusual choices and has been
a real learning experience. The cast has been a delight to work
